An online course may be cancelled at anytime by sending an e-mail to CustomerService@AmericanGrantWriters.org with your request. If the request is received within 7 days of purchase, then a 90% refund will be given.
Purchases not eligible for any refund are memberships, 90 day extention, and Retesting.
